Fainsod, Manager RFID OEM Integration
Services
Daniel
Fainsod is responsible of assisting RFIDGen customers in the selection
and integration of RFID components into their equipment. Daniel is also
Manager BD of XSapio, Ltd., an RFIDGen related company which
develops RFID technology for implementation in NFC infrastructure and
in other applications. Previously he served as RFID BD Manager of
BlueShift Technologies, Ltd. Initially at BlueShift, he co-designed and
co-managed development of hardware (two patents in process, including
one for a wireless/RFID enabled data collection terminal) and custom
ERP software. Daniel is a technology focused professional broadly
experienced in applying technological solutions to customers needs. As
an Israel Air Force / Intelligence Corps Development Branch officer for
seventeen years, Daniel shared responsibility in the management of
complex multi-million dollars development projects involving major
local, European and US contractors. In addition, Daniel managed
operations of engineers and software developers and was responsible of
systems engineering and architecture of computerized systems, high
throughput communications and of image processing and high-volume
storage systems. Daniel completed curriculum studies of the MBA program
of Tel Aviv University. He holds a MSc Applied Physics in
Microelectronics and a BSc Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem.
Jorge
Weitzner, Manager RFID Consulting Services
Jorge
Weitzner is in charge of evaluating RFIDGen customers'
requirements and assist them in the design and implementation of RFID
solutions. Jorge is also Manager of XSapio, Ltd., an RFIDGen related
company which develops RFID technology for implementation in NFC
infrastructure and in other applications. As Director of
North American Operations of BlueShift Technologies, Ltd. he
was responsible of operations and the establishment and management of a
subsidiary company. Previously in BlueShift, he co-designed and
co-managed development of hardware (two patents in process, including
one for a wireless/RFID enabled data collection terminal) and custom
ERP software. Till 2000, Jorge served as COO and CFO of MADAH-Com Ltd.,
a leading provider of wireless communications systems to the US
Department of Defense. Between 1993-1996, as Manager, Business
Development at Discount Investment Corporation, Jorge was a director in
several startup companies and shared
responsibility in the $300 million investment planning, organization
and launch of CellCom Ltd., a major cellular service provider.
Previously, Jorge was founder and COO of MovilSat, a mobile satellite
communications joint venture with Qualcomm Inc.. Jorge held a position
as assistant professor of
Business Policy and Industrial Marketing at Universidad Iberoamericana,
Mexico. He is a Harvard Business School MBA graduate and holds a BSIE
from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
